Proceed 1.8 Miles southerly along state highway 165 from the post office at Meggett, turn left onto Simmons Bluff Rd. for 0.35 Mi. It is set near a power pole on the left with a SC Witness Post at the bottom, across from a two story house. It is 12.2 Ft. WNW of the center of the road, 15.4 Ft. SSE of the power pole number 77849. The disk is in a PVC sleeve set 0.2 ft below the ground. It is a standard National Ocean Service disk stamped 6217 G 1977. |
